As part of my ongoing commitment to supporting women in technology, I recently began a mentorship journey with a young woman who is exploring her career path in tech. She has already completed courses in UX/UI, WordPress, and HTML/CSS, yet she was still seeking clarity on where to start and how to chart a meaningful path forward.
