She has already completed courses in <strong>UX\/UI, WordPress, and HTML\/CSS<\/strong>, yet she was still seeking clarity on where to start and how to chart a meaningful path forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help her gain focus and direction, I initiated a <strong>structured mentorship program<\/strong> with recurring sessions. Our first session focused on understanding her <strong>personality, strengths, and interests<\/strong>, and mapping these to potential career pathways in technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exploring Tech Opportunities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, we explored various fields within tech \u2014 from frontend development to mobile development and solution engineering \u2014 examining the skills required, career prospects, and opportunities for growth.
